Please read these terms before booking an inspection or proceeding with a sale. They explain how the service works and the responsibilities of both the vehicle owner and Zapiboo.
Zapiboo provides information and tools that help vehicle owners in Bangalore begin a used-vehicle selling process. By using the website, booking an inspection or contacting us, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to request services for the vehicle you submit.
Details provided online are a starting point. A vehicle may need an in-person inspection, document review and further discussion before an offer can be considered. You are responsible for describing the vehicle, its ownership, finance status, condition, accident or repair history and available documents accurately. Withholding material information may affect eligibility or an offer discussion.
Any estimate, valuation guidance or communication before inspection is indicative only. It is not a binding purchase commitment, guarantee of price or guarantee that Zapiboo will accept a vehicle. An offer may depend on the vehicle's condition, documentation, ownership, local demand, applicable requirements and the information confirmed during the process. You may decline an offer before accepting the final terms.
Inspection availability depends on your location, service coverage and appointment slots. We may need to reschedule or cancel a visit where information is incomplete, access is unavailable, safety is a concern or circumstances outside our control affect the appointment. Please notify us promptly if your availability changes.
You must have the authority to sell the vehicle and provide genuine, current documents when requested. These may include the registration certificate, insurance information, identification, PUC records, service records and finance or lender documents where applicable. A financed vehicle, hypothecation, disputed ownership, missing documentation or legal restriction may require additional steps or prevent a transaction.
Payment, vehicle handover and ownership-transfer arrangements are confirmed only when you accept the relevant terms for your sale. Review the details carefully before handing over keys, documents or the vehicle. RC transfer and related paperwork are subject to applicable processes, documentation and timelines; completion is not controlled solely by the website or an initial inspection request.
Keep your contact information current, attend or arrange authorised access for the inspection, and remove personal belongings from the vehicle before handover. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or third-party information without permission. You are responsible for your decisions regarding an offer, handover and any agreements you accept.
The website content is for general information and service access. You may not copy, disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the website, its forms or systems. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe that the service is being misused, fraud is suspected or these terms are breached.
To the extent permitted by law, Zapiboo is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, a missed appointment, a third-party service, or a transaction you choose not to complete. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and relevant disputes are subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Bengaluru, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
